Better Than the Remix

I took the last post and ramped it up even more the other day for school. I love the color combo and the bright colors are perfect for spring! super simple, but the results are lovely!
Did you guys catch the royal wedding??? I wish I was able to go because putting things on my head is my favorite! I wear bows all the time. But Kate looked beautiful in some McQueen.

Products used:
NYX jumbo eye pencil in milk as base

Electric Feel

I went out to San Francisco last night to dance the night away in celebrating my birthday and did some super fun make up. Very simple, but sure packs a punch! I did an asymmetrical look and had my other eye extend back to my hair line, like a super wing. We were on our way out the door so I didn't get to take a picture of that side! but just extend the colors back to create the look.

Products used:
NYX jumbo eye pencil in Black bean (lid) and Milk (crease)
Bloody Mary pressed eyeshadow in neon yellow (no official name)
Kryolan Satin Powder in Gunmetal
Kat Von D liquid eyeliner
Urban Decay Heavy Metal glitter liner in Glam Rock over black eyeliner
Too Faced eyeshadow in In The Buff as brow highlight
Too Faced eyeshadow in Ooh & Aah as inner corner highlight

Pretty in Pink

So the other day I went to Fentons creamery in Oakland for dinner and ice cream to celebrate my birthday with my family. We were about to finish and pay when a very familiar person strolled past us and sat in the booth behind us. I did a triple take because it was none other than Amy, the owner of Sugarpill Cosmetics! I own the whole line, and because I mention it in almost every post, I freakin love it! So of course I said hello and told her how much I love her line before I left (She even liked my sequin bow!). Pretty exciting moment in my day!
Here's the make up I wore the day after this fantastic run-in:

Products used:
NYX jumbo pencil in black bean
Mac pigment in Old Gold on lid
Sugarpill loose eyeshadow in Decora (I'm pretty sure, but possibly Magentric. I can't remember, ah!) in crease
Urban Decay eyeshadow in Darkhorse in crease
Decora and Darkhorse on lower lid
Too Faced eyeshadow in In The Buff for highlight

Hey There

WHERE HAVE I BEEN???? nowhere. I just haven't been in a blogging type mood/do cute make up mood. I did my make up for life and everything, just nothing special enough for me to put up on my blog, or nothing that I haven't already posted. That was until I saw Katy Perry's 'E.T.' pictures. the brown/silver look caught me most and I'd love to be able to go out in public with that kind of make up on, but even for SF, thats a little too much. So with the inspiration, heres my look! I actually love it and have been wearing it a lot recently.
